Order Cancellation Policy
You have the legal right to change your mind and cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your product.

If the item has already been dispatched, you’ll need to return it at your own cost, unless free returns were offered at the time of purchase. The return must be made within 14 days of telling us you’ve changed your mind.

Use a reliable delivery service and keep the receipt or proof of postage. If we don’t receive the returned product, or it arrives late, we may not be able to issue a refund.
If the item hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll issue your refund within 14 days of your cancellation.
If you’re returning a product, we’ll refund you within 14 days of receiving it, or once you show proof that it’s been sent.
Refunds are processed via your original payment method, and no extra fees are charged for the refund.
If the item is not returned in “as new” condition (e.g., damaged packaging, missing accessories, or signs of use), we may reduce your refund to reflect the item’s lower value. In some cases, a refund may not be possible.

You have 14 days from the delivery date to report a return. If the item develops a fault after this period, we may still replace it under warranty.
December Returns Extension: Any purchases made in December are eligible for return until 31st December, to allow for holiday gifts to be opened and tested.

- Include photos or a short video showing the problem
If we confirm the item is faulty or not as described, we’ll send you a prepaid return label and you must send the item back to us.
