TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Pricing

• All product prices on our website include VAT (where applicable) but exclude delivery fees.
• If VAT rates change between your order date and dispatch, we’ll adjust accordingly (unless you’ve already paid in full).
• We only charge you when your order is dispatched and confirmed.
• If you don’t pay on time, we may charge interest at 2% above the Bank of England base rate.

2. Product Information

• GKTRD LTD is not always the product manufacturer.
• Product colours may vary slightly from what you see online.
• We may make legal or minor technical changes to products, but these won’t affect how you use them.

3. Delivery & Processing

• Orders are processed same business day (orders after 4pm or on weekends processed next working day).
• Delivery times and costs are listed on our website and include VAT.

4. Delay or Non-Performance

• If a delay is out of our control, we’ll notify you. You can cancel for a refund if the delay is substantial.
• If we cannot fulfil the order at all due to external events, we’ll cancel and refund you.

5. Order Cancellation

• You have the legal right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Keep proof of return. No refund will be given if we don’t receive the items.
• Refunds are issued within 14 days (or upon proof of return).
• Only standard delivery charges are refunded—not express or timed delivery.
• Refunds may be reduced if items are not in a “new” condition.

6. Returns Policy

• Our returns window is 14 days from delivery.
• For faulty items beyond that, we offer replacements under warranty.
• During December, extended returns apply until 31st December.

7. Warranty Period

• You’re covered for 12 months for manufacturing faults (not wear, tear, or misuse).
• Follow our returns procedure to claim warranty.

8. Your Legal Rights (Under Consumer Rights Act 2015)

• 0–30 days: Full refund for faulty goods.
• Up to 6 months: If unrepairable, you’re entitled to a full refund.
• Up to 6 years: Partial refund if product doesn’t last a reasonable time.

9. Product Use

• All products are intended for home or home-office use.
• Misuse or modifications void the warranty.

10. Customs (For International Orders)

• You may pay import duties/taxes when ordering outside mainland UK.
• Customs rules vary. You are the official importer and must follow local regulations.

11. Ending Our Contract

• We may cancel the contract if we’re unable to deliver due to your delay.

12. Our Liability

We’re responsible if:

• We break the contract, and the loss was foreseeable.
• Loss wasn’t caused by factors outside our control.
• You followed our usage instructions and still faced issues.

We are not liable for:

• Business-related losses.
• Unforeseen losses.
• Losses you could have avoided.

This doesn’t affect your rights regarding:

• Fraud.
• Death or injury due to our negligence.
